Steam, Obrt is a registered business in Croatia, with the business address at Seline 23244, Put Bucića 24D. We offer custom prints of artwork.
Products
The products on our website are prints that are made to order. Customers can choose from various product options, such as different sizes. Some products may only be available in one size. Please note that all our products are based on original artworks, which are protected by copyright.
Ordering
After selecting your desired product, you will enter your details and complete your order. Our production begins only after the order is confirmed and payment is processed. Due to the nature of the product (signed prints by the artist), the process includes time for production, signing, packaging, and shipping. The total delivery time is approximately 10-20 business days.
Prices and Payment
Prices shown on our website are in Euros (€), and shipping costs will be added at checkout. Purchases are made via PayPal or credit card, and all transaction data is secure and protected. Note: Since our business is not registered for VAT, prices are shown excluding VAT and do not include any applicable taxes in certain countries (except Croatia).
Returns and Complaints
Our return policy is based on consumer protection laws. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, unopened, and undamaged. Since these are personalized products (signed prints), returns are not accepted if the product has been used or is not in its original condition. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All products and designs on our website, including original artworks, are protected by copyright. By purchasing a print, you do not acquire the intellectual property rights or any exclusivity over the original artwork. Copying, distributing, reproducing, or using our products for commercial purposes without our explicit permission is prohibited.
Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped via Hrvatska pošta to the address provided during checkout. Delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping method, typically taking between 1-5 business days. Shipping costs will be clearly shown during the payment process. Note: For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may arise during delivery to certain countries.
